About Biyu He

Biyu He is a membef of the Neuroscience Institute at New York University's Grossman School of Medicine. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology, the Department of Neuroscience and Physiology, and the Department of Radiology. She is also the Principal Investigator in the Perception and Brain Dynamics Laboratory.

Biyu He was an Early Independent Investigator at the National Institutes of Health before joining NYU. Her laboratory investigates three main research topics: 1) large-scale brain dynamics underlying conscious vs. unconscious processing; 2) interaction between spontaneous and evoked brain activity and nonlinear brain dynamics; 3) functional and generative mechanisms of scale-free brain activity.
