About Lars Johnson
From Johnson's bio:
Currently, I teach the introductory Industrial and Organizational Psychology course to new doctoral students in IO psychology and management. I also teach statistics to undergraduates.
My research primarily focuses on leadership, well-being, and workplace diversity+inclusion issues. My lab, LeadWell Research, is currently focusing on the use of 360 degree feedback for leadership development, longitudinal employee performance (and performance predictors), scale development and validation, stressor-strain relationships, and diversity/EEO issues, and employee exhaustion.
