The Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Quantitative Biosciences (QBioS) at Georgia Tech was established in 2015 with the inaugural class of 9 Ph.D. candidates starting in Fall 2016 and over 50 participating program faculty.
QBioS Ph.D. candidates select a home school from among the 6 Schools in the GT College of Sciences. Students who are interested in innovative research on living systems building upon a foundation of rigorous and flexible training are strongly encouraged to apply.
The QBioS program will prepare a new generation of researchers for quantitative challenges, new discoveries, and fulfilling careers at the interface of the physical, mathematical, computational and biological sciences. Application deadline is December 1 for fall admission.
