My research interest spans from to individual differences in working memory and attention and how we relate them to self-regulatory behaviors and personality; speech perception in how we produce speech, differentiating and ascribing meaning to the auditory signal and mapping it into rules of particular language; to music and auditory perception of basic dimensions of sound (pitch, loudness and timbre) and auditory memory in how we perceive and describe sounds.

My other interests include sound production, such as recording, mixing, editing, music illustration and composition, as well as eurhythmics. My academic background includes audio engineering, psychoacoustics, and psychology.
