Research: Justin graduated from Duke University in 2003 with a degree in Psychology and concentrations in personality/social and developmental. He is generally interested in the effects of personality on workplace behaviors. Specific topics include the effects of aggression on counterproductive work behavior as well as negotiation style and performance. Other areas of interest include the relationship between personality and interpersonal interactions, the use of personality in selection, and various statistical and methodological issues.
