Welcome to the Georgia Tech Chapter of the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society!

Have you ever wondered why it's so hard to set the time in your car or why an iPod is so easy to use? Have you wondered why using a particular brand of product is so much easier to use compared to another product with the same features and capabilities? Human Factors and Ergonomic researchers and practitioners are interested in questions similar to these as they relate to both simple and complex systems. Tell us about your experiences with bad design, and participate in our Bad Design Contest!

The Georgia Tech Chapter of the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society is a multi-disciplinary club interested in understanding human capabilities and limitations, and applying that knowledge to the design of technologies and systems. Our chapter proudly sponsors various projects and events throughout the year, which strive to address three fundamental goals: outreach, networking, and consulting.

Outreach

Networking

Consulting
