Ralph Cullen
Research Interests
- Investigating the effects of changes to the content or procedures of a system on human performance and how humans recover from those changes. Also investigating whether age is a mediating variable in these interactions.
- Analyzing a system and its expert operators using Knowledge Engineering techniques. Collecting data on what those experts must know to operate the system and how each piece of information helps them to do so.
I am working on the following projects in the HFA Lab:
