Kelly Caine
Research Interests
I am working on the following projects in the HFA Lab:
- Exploring privacy issues, especially privacy concerns within a home environment equipped with visual sensing devices. This research is being conducted at Georgia Tech’s Aware Home www.awarehome.gatech.edu.
- Investigating the acceptance of technology, in particular the acceptance of technology in consumer products.
- Examining technology aids in health-care provider/patient interactions.
- Studying performance support via incidental task structure in older adults. Specifically I am focusing on controlling for the degradation of the Useful Field of View in older adults and its impact on performance in an incidental learning task
